If we vet your tenant and for some reason your tenant leaves before twelve months, we guarantee that tenant for twelve months. If we have to relist that property and release it for you, we are going to release it for you for free.

Because we want you to accept pets, we make it very easy for you by offering our pet guarantee. We vet pets just like we vet tenants. 24-hour maintenance system
Anybody can call into a hotline if they have an issue that needs direct attention. In addition to the hotline we attend to all the daily telephone calls, emails, portal messages, faxes, and any kind of inquiries that come in for your property.
Empire Industries makes sure that people are paying their rent on time. Automated emails, texts, and phone calls are in place to ensure rent is collected, so we can get it to you quickly.
We also prepare all of your annual statements (1099), so you don’t have to worry about any of that.
Move in / Move out Assessments
These assessments are crucial. Before a tenant moves in, we go out and do an assessment on the property that includes taking videos, pictures, and creating a report. When the tenant moves out, we repeat the assessment and compare the two reports to make sure that we’re charging the tenant everything that we should be charging out of their security deposit.

Tenant screening is included in your property management fees, and it is a huge process to go through. We check every aspect of the tenant before approving their application. Since we know we have to stand by our tenant guarantee, we do everything we can to vet them thoroughly before they move in.
