Our application process is designed to protect you
We use the very same consistent process every time we screen an applicant. Applicants are only screened on a first-come, first-served basis. The property is made available for anyone interested in seeing it. After a potential tenant has seen it, they need to apply by completing the application. The first one that passes the applications process is offered a lease. We do not take a group of applications and compare them against each other because that could lead to fair housing issues and discrimination claims. In an effort to protect you from anyone saying that something was done with impropriety, we have a set system in place.
