If you are watching this video, you most likely received an alert from our system that your lease is coming up for a lease renewal because it is now 75 days out for your lease to be renewed.
If you plan on renewing your lease, that’s excellent. We have already, most likely had a property inspection company called PROS contact you. If not, they will be contacting you shortly and we need to get the property inspected prior to doing a lease inspection. If we cannot get in or the property is not inspected, then we will not re-new the lease, we will just do a month to month on the lease. You will want to make sure that you get the property inspection done because the lease renewal for an annual year is way less than the month to month lease.
The property manager will send you a lease renewal 60 days out so you will see something come through Docu-Sign on the lease renewal. If you plan on moving then give us a call. Maybe we can help you stay in the property. If you’re having some issues with maintenance that we might be able to help you with, maybe talk to the owner, or if you can’t afford it maybe there is a way we can help work that out.
