Pete has been involved in real estate since 2001. He has owned and managed a 39, 52 and 100 unit apartment complex. He still owns and manages the 52 unit apartment complex today. Pete is an IT specialist who understands the importance of system processes. Pete used his knowledge from managing apartments to create the systems that Empire uses today to manage and operate single family homes. Pete is an endurance athlete who has completed marathons and two ironman events. Pete is married to his wife Felicia.
Steve has been involved in real estate since 2002. He has owned and helped manage a 39 unit apartment complex. He still personally owns over 31 homes today along with his business partner Pete. Steve is an airline pilot based in Houston, TX for a major airline and fly’s mostly international routes on the Boeing 787 airplane. Because of his background in aviation and working for such a large company, his knowledge and experience in processes and systems has helped play a vital role in making Empire Industries what it is today.
Lisa is a Certified Property Manager and comes from a very prominent management company in Houston where they manage over 500 homes. Lisa has been in the property management business for over 15 years and is a realtor.

Kevin is our marketing director and graduated from college earning a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing and has fourteen plus years of experience in building brands, relationships and marketing programs. He lives in Pearland with his beautiful wife Suzette and has three wonderful children - Alyssa, George and Johnny, whom he is very proud. In his spare time, he enjoys music, playing guitar and spending time with family and friends. His job here at Empire Industries L.L.C. is to build the company’s marketing program, create relationships with potential partners and prepare the companies brand for the future.
Kelly Williams is our Sales Director. She has been with us for a little over a year and a half and she started as our Leasing Assistant. As the company grew , we were in need of someone to meet with potential clients, negotiate agreements and get new business. Kelly jumped at the opportunity and has been making new clients happy ever since.
Derek graduated from college in New York City and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in 2013 with a concentration in Accounting and Finance. He provides accounting support for the Empire team which includes accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and monthly financial reporting.
In August of this year I started a new journey working here at Empire Industries LLC. as a property manager. I knew starting a new job as a property manager was going to be a challenge but nothing I couldn’t handle. I have been in the business since 2009 so when Empire’s team hired me on with open arms they were ready to teach me new ways of thinking in the property management business. This company has many aspiring people and big goals to reach. Which I have full confidence we can reach those goals. I hope I can be as much help to Empire’s team as they are to me learning, prospering and growing this business with a personal touch. I look forward to working with Empire for the years to come!
Rachel Allen is a native of New Orleans, Louisiana who now calls Houston home after first moving to the area in 2005. Rachel joined the Empire Team in November of 2015 as a Property Manager. Now she is the Sales and Marketing Expert at Empire Katy. She holds a Bachelor Degree in Communications from the University of Miami with an area of expertise in advertising, print and social media marketing. Rachel holds over 10 years of customer service and managerial experience and has been professionally involved in Real Estate since 2008. She started as a Real Estate investor and currently holds a small portfolio of rental properties.
Jeff retired from the United States Army after 27 years of service. He received his Real Estate License in July 2015. He has been married for 28 years and has 3 boys and 1 girl. He enjoys spending time with his family and loves to coach / watch his children in their sporting activities.
Amy Franks, the Sales and Marketing Specialist for Empire Kingwood, is a native Houstonian and has over 20 years of management and customer service experience. She has worked in the Utility, Transportation and Property Management industry. She was originally introduced to property management in 2001 and through the years has managed individual investor owned properties, worked in commercial real estate and multi-family management. Amy is very professional in her business approach and dedicated to her clients.
Shannon is the Sales and Marketing Specialist for the Spring and Cypress areas. She is a native Texan and business professional with over 25 years experience in Management, Accounting, Marketing and Customer Service. Shannon has been with Empire since 2015 and is very knowledgeable about the company and our philosophy. She dedicates herself to providing the best customer service experience to all her clients. When not working, Shannon enjoys spending time with her family at the beach, is an avid sports fan, and an amateur chef.
Chad is a Business Development Manager and a Licensed Real Estate
Professional for Empire Sugarland. He has worked within the residential industry for over 20 years. Chad provides many valuable attributes, because of his extensive background supporting the real-estate industry. Rob graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University with a B.A. in General Business. He has a strong background in customer service as well as computers. While he started with Empire as a field tech, he has since taken on the role as an Assistant Property Manager. He lives in Katy with his girlfriend, Hayley. His hobbies include watching sports/movies and playing basketball.

Mary Ann is a Real Estate Broker in the Philippines and who has been in real estate practice since 2009. She also has a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy. When her husband decided to work as an Over Seas Worker, she decided to quit a full time work with a Real Estate Firm whom she has been the Jr Accountant and Marketing Officer for ten years. Then decided to work home based as a Virtual Assistant. She is now with Empire Industries LLC as assistant for the Sales Personnel and Property Managers for more than two years and counting…
I'm 31 years old, originally from Aguascalientes, Mexico, but was raised in the upper midwest (Minnesota, and South Dakota). I have been in the customer service and sales fields for about 9 years working in both the garment printing industry and also for a leading OEM compatible printer parts manufacturer. I enjoy new challenges and love living by my favorite motto "Perfection is a moving target" so you have to keep evolving in order to accomplish a goal. I'm very excited to join the Empire team and hope to contribute to its growth and knowledge base. I like to play football, and soccer in my spare time, and enjoy spending time with my family.
I am a family guy, I love spending time with them. I love dogs, I have a 4 years old Chihuahua. I love going to the movies and dancing but also I think it is very important that we help those in need so every year I donate some of my time to charity. I studied business administration but my past jobs have always been related to customer service in one way or another so I really like working with other people.
