Pete has been involved in real estate since 2001. He has owned and managed a 39, 52 and 100 unit apartment complex. He still owns and manages the 52 unit apartment complex today. Pete is an IT specialist who understands the importance of system processes. Pete used his knowledge from managing apartments to create the systems that Empire uses today to manage and operate single family homes. Pete is an endurance athlete who has completed marathons and two ironman events. Pete is married to his wife Felicia.

Steve is an airline pilot based in Houston, TX for a major airline and fly’s mostly international routes on the Boeing 787 airplane. Kevin is our marketing director and graduated from college earning a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing and has fourteen plus years of experience in building brands, relationships and marketing programs. He lives in Pearland with his beautiful wife Suzette and has three wonderful children - Alyssa, George and Johnny, whom he is very proud. In his spare time, he enjoys music, playing guitar and spending time with family and friends. His job here at Empire Industries L.L.C. is to build the company’s marketing program, create relationships with potential partners and prepare the companies brand for the future.

Kelly Williams is our Sales Director. She has been with us for a little over a year and a half and she started as our Leasing Assistant. As the company grew , we were in need of someone to meet with potential clients, negotiate agreements and get new business. Kelly jumped at the opportunity and has been making new clients happy ever since.
Derek graduated from college in New York City and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in 2013 with a concentration in Accounting and Finance. He provides accounting support for the Empire team which includes accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and monthly financial reporting.

Margo has been a licensed real estate agent since 1994 and active in property management and real estate, both multifamily and single family since 1982. Her 30 plus years in property management has afforded her the opportunity to become familiar with all aspects of property management.

Alvin J. Jackson, Jr. is an accomplished marketing and sales executive who has created and managed successful company initiatives in key emerging markets for the past 19 years. He has been a steward in team building and strategic planning with a strong focus on streamlining business and marketing budgets to maximize profitability in pivotal vertical markets including Telecommunications, Education and Real Estate.
During his tenure in telecommunications, Mr. Jackson was responsible for managing teams and controlling budgets in excess of $20MM. This provided him with experience in networking solutions for commercial and residential retail throughout South Dallas area. These responsibilities made him visible which later landed him a position in representing a national telecommunications equipment provider as a Regional Product Manager.
Alvin became a Marketing Consultant to the small private/public real estate executives in 2001 and joined Centurion American Development Group in early 2005. At Centurion American, he had the significant task of implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for both public/private partnerships that manage a current land portfolio valued at over $500MM for key investors, land owners, and financial institutions. He has managed marketing budgets on development projects in excess of $5MM and partnered on community projects in land development and spear headed responsibilities in event planning, public relations, and consumer promotions that have lead business and consumers to master-planned lifestyles which serve North Texas areas and beyond.

Montana’s greatest strengths are her creativity, drive and leadership. She thrives on challenges, particularly those that expand the company’s reach. Her most recent project involved a strategic partnership with Sure Clean Commercial Cleaning services to expand sales in the fast-growing Los Angeles market. This resulted in annual revenue of $1.3 million in 2 years.
Montana holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Cal State Dominguez and a Minor in Phycology .She recently just moved to Houston from California. In her spare time Montana likes volunteer at the local boys and girls club teaching basketball. As well working out and training for 5k and marathons.
Ty’s background in Business Management, Company Start-Ups and Marketing make him a tremendous asset in his current role as a Marketing Specialist with Empire Industries Property Management and Realty Services. He has more than 30 thirty years of experience as an accomplished entrepreneur and leader in management with, For-Profit and Nonprofit Corporations. As a young musician, Ty formed his own recording label and publishing company and has toured with many notable music groups. As a businessman, Ty helped to found Its Burger Time, Inc. a New Mexico based 12 store restaurant chain and The Golden Bull Restaurants Inc. with two locations. After graduating from Life Christian University, Tampa, FL, Ty founded two Nonprofit 501C3 Corporations and devoted many years to full time public ministry. At the same time, he began investing in real estate and managing property, eventually becoming a licensed realtor in Texas, where he works today at Empire Industries LLC of Houston, promoting Property Management and Real Estate Services to Realtors, Owners and Investors.
Maru is the assistant to the Marketing Director here at Empire Industries LLC. Her expertise is in graphic design, social media and data entry. She will be helping to manage the companies social media accounts, designing print media and database management. In her spare time, she enjoys woodworking, astronomy, design, traveling and she hopes to one day go to space.
In August of this year I started a new journey working here at Empire Industries LLC. as a property manager. I knew starting a new job as a property manager was going to be a challenge but nothing I couldn’t handle. Ron has worked in the real estate management business for 46 years. During his career, Ron has been involved in the management, development, construction, and sales of multi-family buildings, office buildings, shopping centers, condominiums, and single-family properties. He has worked with the FSLIC, FDIC, Resolution Trust Corporation, HUD multi family, HUD single family, and several private real estate companies. He has managed and sold over 250,000 single family homes since 1990. Ron is highly experienced in customer service, implementation, ensuring policies and procedures are followed as well as budgeting, and managing satellite offices.
Rob graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University with a B.A. in General Business. He has a strong background in customer service as well as computers. While he started with Empire as a field tech, he has since taken on the role as an Assistant Property Manager. He lives in Katy with his girlfriend, Hayley. Alex, came to Empire a little under a year ago. She started out as our receptionist and is now our Office Manager. She handles everything here at Empire. Whenever you call the office or come to visit she will be the one to greet you.
David recently re-located to Greensboro, NC from Houston, TX and is actively engaged in networking for Single Family and Multi-Family investment opportunities and transactions in the Greater Houston area as well as the Greater Triad area of North Carolina. Currently, David is a real estate broker (licensed in Texas only) and personally invests in real estate assets, including a recent equity investment stake in a 22 building, 198 unit, 404 bed student apartment construction development in Bryan/College Station, Texas. His real estate brokerage efforts have focused on both MF and SF investment transactions, Commercial leases, and Rentals. Prior to entering the real estate business, David worked as a business consultant leading operations for a $22MM company, was a physical asset manager, and branch manager for a $212MM facility service company. Through these experiences, David learned the value of an entrepreneurial mindset and the importance of creating new revenue streams using real estate for passive income.
David graduated from Texas A&M University and holds an MBA from the University of St. Thomas. In 2014, David returned to the US from living abroad in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. He is married to Kirsten and they have a daughter in college.

I'm 31 years old, originally from Aguascalientes, Mexico, but was raised in the upper midwest (Minnesota, and South Dakota). I have been in the customer service and sales fields for about 9 years working in both the garment printing industry and also for a leading OEM compatible printer parts manufacturer.
