Executive Team

Pete Neubig +

Pete has been involved in real estate since 2001. He has owned and managed a 39, 52 and 100 unit apartment complex. He still owns and manages the 52 unit apartment complex today. Pete is an IT specialist who understands the importance of system processes. Pete used his knowledge from managing apartments to create the systems that Empire uses today to manage and operate single family homes. Pete is an endurance athlete who has completed marathons and two ironman events. Pete is married to his wife Felicia.

Steven Rozenberg +

Steve has been involved in real estate since 2002. He has owned and helped manage a 39 unit apartment complex. He still personally owns over 31 homes today along with his business partner Pete. Steve is an airline pilot based in Houston, TX for a major airline and fly’s mostly international routes on the Boeing 787 airplane. Because of his background in aviation and working for such a large company, his knowledge and experience in processes and systems has helped play a vital role in making Empire Industries what it is today.

Kevin Davidson +

Kevin is our marketing director and graduated from college earning a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing and has fourteen plus years of experience in building brands, relationships and marketing programs. He lives in Pearland with his beautiful wife Suzette and has three wonderful children - Alyssa, George and Johnny, whom he is very proud. In his spare time, he enjoys music, playing guitar and spending time with family and friends. His job here at Empire Industries L.L.C. is to build the company’s marketing program, create relationships with potential partners and prepare the companies brand for the future.

Kelly Williams +

Kelly Williams is our Sales Director. She has been with us for a little over a year and a half and she started as our Leasing Assistant. As the company grew , we were in need of someone to meet with potential clients, negotiate agreements and get new business. Kelly jumped at the opportunity and has been making new clients happy ever since.


Derek Huynh +

Derek graduated from college in New York City and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in 2013 with a concentration in Accounting and Finance. He provides accounting support for the Empire team which includes accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and monthly financial reporting.

Amy Franks

Amy Franks, the Sales and Marketing Specialist for Empire Kingwood, is a native Houstonian and has over 20 years of management and customer service experience. She has worked in the Utility, Transportation and Property Management industry. She was originally introduced to property management in 2001 and through the years has managed individual investor owned properties, worked in commercial real estate and multi-family management. Amy is very professional in her business approach and dedicated to her clients.

Megan Bates

Megan Bates is a Business Development Manager with Empire Industries The Woodlands/Spring area. She has 15 years experience in Sales and Customer Service. She is a people person who strongly believes in a win-win philosophy. She is dedicated to providing answers for her clients and making sure they are well informed as she guides them through the process of choosing a Property Management company. She spends any free time with her three children and experiences the most joy, in her role as a Mom, and in watching them grow.


Shannon Geer +

Shannon Geer

Shannon is the Sales and Marketing Specialist for the Spring and Cypress areas. She is a native Texan and business professional with over 25 years experience in Management, Accounting, Marketing and Customer Service. Shannon has been with Empire since 2015 and is very knowledgeable about the company and our philosophy. She dedicates herself to providing the best customer service experience to all her clients. When not working, Shannon enjoys spending time with her family at the beach, is an avid sports fan, and an amateur chef.

Rachel Allen +

Rachel Allen is a native of New Orleans, Louisiana who now calls Houston home after first moving to the area in 2005. Rachel joined the Empire Team in November of 2015 as a Property Manager. Now she is the Sales and Marketing Expert at Empire Katy. She holds a Bachelor Degree in Communications from the University of Miami with an area of expertise in advertising, print and social media marketing. Rachel holds over 10 years of customer service and managerial experience and has been professionally involved in Real Estate since 2008. She started as a Real Estate investor and currently holds a small portfolio of rental properties.

Ty Loyd +

Ty’s background in Business Management, Company Start-Ups and Marketing make him a tremendous asset in his current role as a Marketing Specialist with Empire Industries Property Management and Realty Services. He has more than 30 thirty years of experience as an accomplished entrepreneur and leader in management with, For-Profit and Nonprofit Corporations. As a young musician, Ty formed his own recording label and publishing company and has toured with many notable music groups. As a businessman, Ty helped to found Its Burger Time, Inc. a New Mexico based 12 store restaurant chain and The Golden Bull Restaurants Inc. with two locations. After graduating from Life Christian University, Tampa, FL, Ty founded two Nonprofit 501C3 Corporations and devoted many years to full time public ministry. At the same time, he began investing in real estate and managing property, eventually becoming a licensed realtor in Texas, where he works today at Empire Industries LLC of Houston, promoting Property Management and Real Estate Services to Realtors, Owners and Investors.

In August of this year I started a new journey working here at Empire Industries LLC. as a property manager. I knew starting a new job as a property manager was going to be a challenge but nothing I couldn’t handle. I have been in the business since 2009 so when Empire’s team hired me on with open arms they were ready to teach me new ways of thinking in the property management business. This company has many aspiring people and big goals to reach. Which I have full confidence we can reach those goals. Jeff Gatewood +

Jeff retired from the United States Army after 27 years of service. He received his Real Estate License in July 2015. He has been married for 28 years and has 3 boys and 1 girl. He enjoys spending time with his family and loves to coach / watch his children in their sporting activities.

After spending 16 years in the healthcare industry, I decided to transfer my love of helping people into real estate. I have held my Realtor license for 3 years. Although I’m new to Empire, I am very seasoned in customer service. I believe communication is key. Property Management has been very rewarding so far. Kayla joined the Empire team in April of 2017 as the Property Manager for Southwest Houston. She attended Lamar University and has five plus years of management and customer service experience. Rob graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University with a B.A. in General Business. He has a strong background in customer service as well as computers. While he started with Empire as a field tech, he has since taken on the role as an Assistant Property Manager. He lives in Katy with his girlfriend, Hayley. His hobbies include watching sports/movies and playing basketball.

Alex Johnson +

Alex, came to Empire a little under a year ago. She started out as our receptionist and is now our Office Manager. She handles everything here at Empire. Whenever you call the office or come to visit she will be the one to greet you.

Garrett Howell is a Real Estate Agent, with 4 years of investor experience. Garrett is a 10 year U.S. Navy Veteran and has a duel degree from Sam Houston State University, where he received a BS in Kinesiology and Nutrition.

Since joining the real estate industry in 2013, Garrett has prided himself in his passionate and heartfelt drive to serve his clients' best interests. He is dedicated, knowledgeable, and committed to finding the perfect solutions for his investors. David Patchett, Real Estate Agent, Broker+

David recently re-located to Greensboro, NC from Houston, TX and is actively engaged in networking for Single Family and Multi-Family investment opportunities and transactions in the Greater Houston area as well as the Greater Triad area of North Carolina. Currently, David is a real estate broker (licensed in Texas only) and personally invests in real estate assets, including a recent equity investment stake in a 22 building, 198 unit, 404 bed student apartment construction development in Bryan/College Station, Texas. His real estate brokerage efforts have focused on both MF and SF investment transactions, Commercial leases, and Rentals. Prior to entering the real estate business, David worked as a business consultant leading operations for a $22MM company, was a physical asset manager, and branch manager for a $212MM facility service company. Through these experiences, David learned the value of an entrepreneurial mindset and the importance of creating new revenue streams using real estate for passive income.

David graduated from Texas A&M University and holds an MBA from the University of St. Thomas. In 2014, David returned to the US from living abroad in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. He is married to Kirsten and they have a daughter in college.

Lisa B. Ramsey, Real Estate Agent+

Lisa began working in the real estate industry in 1991 in Chicago, IL. She became a licensed real estate agent in Illinois in 1992 and a Broker/Managing Broker in Illinois in 2009. Since then, She has worked on her own investment property portfolio and their management. She has also received a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Saint Xavier University in Chicago, IL. She has also volunteered extensively within her children's school as well as served on a local municipal board. Her most recent accomplishment is obtaining a Texas real estate sale associate license.

Cathy Wilson – Vice President – Commercial Division +

Cathy Wilson joins Empire Industries with extensive experience in servicing the Texas Commercial Real Estate market. Her background in Industrial real estate includes 16 years of Commercial Leasing, as a Property Manager, with over 4 million square feet, of office/warehouse space, in her portfolio.

Her experience includes representation for Developers, Lessors, and Lessees, where she developed a significant network within the Houston Commercial Real Estate market. She has worked extensively with build-to-suit industrial space, specializing in office/warehouse crane served facilities. Her experience has allowed her to develop creative approaches to lease structures, giving her a reputation for solving problems by developing solution based proposals that meet the need of all parties involved.

Whether it is finding existing space, building out for a particular client, or negotiating a built-to-suit project, Cathy has the experience to provide her clients with exceptional service. She has focused exclusively within the Commercial real estate market, and has the knowledge, and, network needed to meet her client’s needs.

Mary Ann is a Real Estate Broker in the Philippines and who has been in real estate practice since 2009. She also has a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy. When her husband decided to work as an Over Seas Worker, she decided to quit a full time work with a Real Estate Firm whom she has been the Jr Accountant and Marketing Officer for ten years. I'm 31 years old, originally from Aguascalientes, Mexico, but was raised in the upper midwest (Minnesota, and South Dakota). I have been in the customer service and sales fields for about 9 years working in both the garment printing industry and also for a leading OEM compatible printer parts manufacturer. I enjoy new challenges and love living by my favorite motto "Perfection is a moving target" so you have to keep evolving in order to accomplish a goal. I'm very excited to join the Empire team and hope to contribute to its growth and knowledge base. I like to play football, and soccer in my spare time, and enjoy spending time with my family.

I am a family guy, I love spending time with them. I love dogs, I have a 4 years old Chihuahua. I love going to the movies and dancing but also I think it is very important that we help those in need so every year I donate some of my time to charity.
